He was a columnist and literary critic at Vanity Fair, Slate, The Atlantic, World Affairs, The Nation, Free Inquiry and a variety of other media outlets. He was named one of the world's "Top 100 Public Intellectuals" by Foreign Policy and Britain's Prospect.

Really bloody interesting.
Hitchens looks like a badass with the bald head and the full beard.

His courage, honesty and intelligence are just so inspirational. Also - and I was just telling someone the other day - I hoped he'd grow the beard back when he could. Bearded Hitch is astonishingly attractive:)

Brian Lamb always does an excellent job interviewing Hitchens. Hitchens is as brilliant as ever of course. With delusional fear mongers like Glenn Beck around, we need thinkers like Hitchens more than ever in this country. Hang in there Hitch!

He looks a lot better than before cancer. Losing all that weight and becoming hairy have worked wonders :)
Hmmmm hope it's just a bad day and that his voice isn't starting to be affected.
